- By submitting a testimonial or survey response to Pit Potion you agree that we may publish your submission, together with your name and any photo/logo that you upload, on this website [and on any successor website that we may operate at a later date… e.g. if Pit Potion becomes a subsidiary company of a larger company] or any other marketing material, on such material and in such position as we may determine in our sole discretion.
- You further agree that we may edit the submission and publish edited or partial versions of the submission. However, we will never edit a submission in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views (e.g. edits may reflect changes in the company name… etc.). You may terminate this licence by giving to us 30 days’ written notice of termination.
