By submitting a testimonial or survey response to Pit Potion you agree that we may publish your submission, together with your name and any photo/logo that you upload, on this website [and on any successor website that we may operate at a later date… e.g. if Pit Potion becomes a subsidiary company of a larger company] or any other marketing material, on such material and in such position as we may determine in our sole discretion. You further agree that we may edit the submission and publish edited or partial versions of the submission. However, we will never edit a submission in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views (e.g. edits may reflect changes in the company name… etc.). You may terminate this licence by giving to us 30 days' written notice of termination.
